syberia3 Steam游戏退款详解

本人在steam上剁手预购了Syberia 3 Deluxe Edition,途中经历一次延发后，前两天(2017年4月20日)玩到游戏，感觉AVG完全不是我的菜，退款连续4次，联系人工客服终于退款成功，特此将此分享各网友

退款前准备(1)登陆并打开网页： A.进入steam首页 B.登录steam账户; C.在客服选项单击右键，在新标签页或新窗口打开连接； D.在steam首页鼠标滚轮下滚至图中位置打开“退款政策”网页

退款前准备(2)退款政策解读： Steam的退款政策是一切操作的规则与法律基础，我们有必要在退款仔细阅读其条款，找出符合自己情况的规则，下面我就从自己的多次退款经历，谈谈Steam退款机制的使用:总的原则：“对于自 Steam商店购买于两周之内，且使用时间不超过 2小时的游戏或软件，都可提供 Steam退款。以下是一些其他形式消费的退款要求”即2小时/14天退款期，这是*一般的情况，一般大多数人要求退款都是必须符合这一原则的，下面根据自身经历谈谈几种特殊情况： A.“游戏内购买退款”，这个我没试过，估计一般适用于内购经验加成之类的，总的原则是“在**发生的 48小时内，游戏内物品并未被消耗、修改或转让”,也就是“原生的”可以退，“二手的”不能退； B.“预购游戏退款”，“当您在 Steam预购一个产品时（且已事先付清时），您可以在该产品发售前的任意时间请求退款。标准的 14天/2小时退款期也可适用，自游戏发售之日起计时”，本文我退的预购的Syberia 3 Deluxe Edition即符合这一条件,注意是发售前可以任意时间请求退款，发售后按标准的14天/2小时退款期算； C.“礼物退款”细读条款发现，礼物也按标准的14天/2小时退款期算，特别地，其实理论上淘宝上买的什么“Steam国区礼物版”的游戏也是可以退的，只不过要商家同意，多一步操作，可能是由于汇率的关系或者嫌麻烦，大多数商家都提前说明不能退。总的来说，只要是从Steam商店直接买的游戏，只要符合退款政策，都是能退掉的；而Steam CD Key在steam上是退不了的，但是key是可以转手的吧？

回到步骤1.C打开的“客服”网页：两种方式： A.从“近期产品”找到需要退款的产品，左键单击打开； B.从“游戏软件等”搜索找到需要退款的产品，左键单击打开。

进入退款界面：(1)选择“我不小心购买了此产品”或“与预期不符”，进入下一界面；(2)如果是直接购买的产品，点击“我想为我的购买申请退款”，如果是以礼物形式购买的，点击“我想为这个礼物申请退款”，从而允许此礼物的原购买者申请退款，自己买礼物自己接受可以直接退款。(3)进入退款界面

退款界面：(1)可以看到游戏时间统计，要退款务必游戏时间小于2小时,购买时间小于14天；(2)退货原因可以根据具体情况选，尽量实事求是；(3)注释建议加上退款信，模板见图片和引用，或下一页；(4)确认收件邮箱，以便及时了解进度；(5)申请提交 PS：建议将界面右上角客服**编号记录下来，具体原因下面讲解。

申请退款之后：(1)一般2至8小时内，客服就会有回复，钱退至steam钱包要快些，支付宝、微信、银联要慢些，而退款到账，steam钱包是24小时后到账，支付宝、微信、银联情况比较复杂，1天到1周不等；一般情况就到此为止，等待退款即可。(2)然而我这次按以往的操作把预购的Syberia 3 Deluxe Edition退款，结果哔了，而且如图所示，是连续被拒4次!!!我接着就不敢继续按以往的操作来了，因为退款机制中steam是有防滥用措施的，弄不好会受到小红信，停用客户的退款权利。肿么办呢？请看下一页~~~

于是，我就这么操作进入用户账户明细，查看消费历史记录，找到那笔要退款的消费记录，点击该项产品(仅是你要退款的那个游戏)，选择“我对这项购买有疑问”，写求助信联系人工客服。

PS：与人工客服联系，建议写中英文版的求助信，建议直指问题中心，不要按中式思维，和他们绕弯子，卖关子，要讲明具体的问题，不然他们会给你公式一样的官方回答（我开始就是这样，结果浪费一天，而且他们客服周日是休息的，这周一才回复）。当然，可以多表扬一下，套下近乎，他们公司的工作（他们公司确实也值得赞赏，不然微软、腾讯为毛都沿用steam的退款机制）。

从这几年看来，AVG游戏已经是一个在逐渐衰落的单机游戏类型，每年无论是游戏数量还是质量，都逊色许多。但是即便到了寒冬，也有雪花在那绚丽多姿着，不是吗？

想起来我**次接触电脑玩的游戏是『无人生还』，根据阿加莎克里斯蒂的同名**改编的游戏。这个游戏流程很复杂，难度非常大。游戏过程中能收集到的线索非常多，也没有明确的指示和规律，玩了半天一个谜也没解开，陷入了游戏进度一点都没法推进的尴尬。

虽然难度大，但剥丝抽茧后揭开诡计的快感也同样越大。根据控制角色在游戏中采取的不同行动，能影响到游戏*后的结*。是在所有人**之前找出**，还是如**一样全体牺牲，全凭依自己的抉择。无疑，这让**次接触电脑游戏的我深深地着迷了。

自此我在玩 AVG游戏的道路上越走越深，谁都没法把我拉回来。

我对游戏的画面要求并不高，对标榜着显卡**但是内容却空洞无物的游戏一点兴趣也提不起来。所以，我推崇的游戏，只有一个标准，故事好。仅此而已。所以下面的几款游戏，也许都没法起到让人眼前一亮的效果。

这是两部带有浓重的蒸汽朋克风格的作品。玩**作开头时它就成功的引起了我的兴趣，一个敲着铁皮鼓的机器人渐渐从出现，女主人公 Kate Walker撑着伞站在雨中，一列姿势僵硬的机器人从她面前缓缓走过。这一个单纯的场景，过了近十年我还依然记得。

这两款游戏在整个 AVG类游戏中也算巅峰作品。无论从谜题设计、画面风格、配乐还是游戏*来说都无可挑剔。场景中的细节考究起来也*为让人惊讶，小到一张塞在信箱中的宣传单，也有一大段长长的文字内容。

游戏全程语音，每个人物的配音都有其特色，或而慵懒，或而呆滞，配合角色的外型，让这些角色非常鲜明。在游戏过程中，也不会弄错任何一个人。

赛伯利亚之谜 3的消息在时隔 10年之后终于出来了。2012年开发商 Anuman Interactive宣布系列第三作正在开发中，预计 2014或 2015年发布，登录 iOS和 Android平台。去年，开发商宣布第三作将于 2015年发布……当然，估计是又跳票了。不过他们公布了一些原画集，仍然延续了前两作蒸汽朋克的风格。这样的话跳票就跳票了吧，至少说明 Anuman Interactive对待这部新作的态度是严谨认真的。

2 Agatha Christie: Murder on the Orient Express（东方快车谋杀案）

阿加莎克里斯蒂的**都非常适合改编成游戏，因为她的故事非常有画面感。而改编自她**的几款游戏品质都非常不错，比如我开篇提到的『无人生还』，还有这部『东方快车谋杀案』。

这个耳*能详的**所改编的游戏基本上保持了**的原汁原味，玩家扮演的角色是新加入到游戏中的安托瓦内特，帮助**的比利时**波洛来寻找谋杀罗杰特先生的**。游戏的谜题设计和剧情的安排都非常的张弛有度。

Machinarium（机械迷城）是捷克**开发小组 Amanita Design制作的一款 AVG冒险游戏。游戏在诞生之初就颇受赞誉，也是一个蒸汽朋克类型的游戏。述说了一个配废弃的小机器人历经周折拯救自己女朋友的故事。游戏的场景完全由设计师手画而成，而谜题设计可以说是高难度级别，我在游戏过程中绞尽脑汁也玩了两天多，中途数次忍不住想直接看攻略……

Braid（时空幻境）和机械迷城一样是一部**游戏，不过这部游戏的内涵完完全全提升到了另外一个档次。故事说的是一个叫“提姆”的人用尽手段从怪物手中营救**的故事。随着故事的展开，各种深藏于情节中的蛛丝马迹能够让不同的人对整个故事有不同的解读，游戏到底说的是一个什么样的故事？玩完之后，也许会更加迷茫……

游戏中的谜题设置难度适中，而且男主有一种“逆转时间”的能力，能够让时间倒流，从而反转已经做过的事情。如何恰当的使用这种能力，也决定着这个游戏进程的难度。

这是一个颇有黑暗色彩的游戏，故事的女主角 Dawn具有转移进影子世界的能力，借助这个能力 Dawn帮助小女孩 Didi对抗她的父亲，直面家族中那个黑暗的秘密。因为是 2013年发布的游戏，画面非常漂亮，整个游戏的场景都给人黑暗但又光华灿烂的感觉，这样的感觉非常难以表达。

这个系列也是 AVG游戏中的经典之作。这个系列的游戏比较特别，游戏刚开始，主角就直接出现在神秘岛中，岛上空无一人，也没有任何提示。没有地图或者指南针等任何能标示位置的工具，只能通过在神秘岛上自由探索来解开岛上的谜团。这个游戏的自由度之高，远超其他的同类游戏，不过虽然它满足玩家随意探索的**，但因为游戏基本没有提示也会让玩家在游戏中多数时间都是在岛上瞎逛。整个岛屿的线索和谜题没有明显的联系，所有的东西都非常委婉的存在于岛上的各个地方，所以，游戏难度属于上乘。

NDS和 3DS上殿堂级的文字 AVG游戏。也是我心目中毫无疑问位居**的 AVG游戏。在国内是大名鼎鼎了。另外还改编成了漫画、电影、舞台剧等等。

想要对这个系列进行简要的介绍已经变成了一项非常困难的事情，因为从正传开始及其衍生作品，虽然数量不多，但整个游戏的世界观和故事都非常的庞大，元素及其芜杂。单单游戏中的序审**制度也能与现实世界中的各种法系做对比来写出一篇文章。另外各个不同的**在**过程中仔细搜查的乐趣和审判过程中与检控方对峙时*上腺***速升高的乐趣，只能通过亲自上手才能体会到。

所以我思考了许久。只能说，想玩一个不光自己能当**还能当**把自己抓到的**绳之于法的游戏吗？那么，玩逆转裁判吧！在逆转裁判中被检控方**千百遍后想尝尝检控方的滋味？玩逆转检事吧！（当然，被*的立场并不会改变）

8おさわり探侦小沢りな（触摸**小泽里奈）

触摸**小泽里奈是一个很可爱的游戏，或者应该说“怪诞”？主人公的脸永远是带着黑线的，路人则基本上都是僵尸，另外还有很多奇奇怪怪的动物、道具等等。故事也是奇奇怪怪的，比如说被偷走的美梦等。这些林林总总带有些“怪诞”的元素，构成了这个游戏的全部。谜题不是它的重点，但谜题的设置，也能称得上精巧。

相比上面几个游戏，触摸**可以让人带着轻松的心情完成整个游戏，其中充斥的各种冷笑话和主人公表里两个人格相互吐槽的剧情也能让人微微一笑。总之，这是一部能让人玩着很愉快的小品游戏。

因为不方便为人道的原因，巧舟被迫离开他一手缔造的逆转系列制作团队（逆转裁判5、6以及逆转检事都不再是巧舟操刀的）。在离开之后，巧舟制作了一个全新的小品游戏——**诡计。

这个游戏和逆转系列的操作方式完全不同，但是却都带有着巧舟标志*的无厘头风格。在游戏的开始，主人公就死亡了，不过因为机缘巧合，他的灵魂具有了穿越时间的能力，*初只能穿越回**发生时的几分钟，随着游戏的展开，这个时间穿越的能力会越来越考验玩家的逻辑思维能力。而在游戏的*后，作为整部游戏的主人公，其身份居然彻底改变，成为了身份完全不同的另一个“人”，在我玩到*后一刻时，除了瞠目结舌，也不得不佩服巧舟的脑洞已经大到塞一个**系都补不起来了。

从这几年看来，AVG游戏已经是一个在逐渐衰落的单机游戏类型，与近来因为辐射4、巫师3而大热的 RPG等类型游戏相比，每年无论是游戏数量还是质量，都逊色许多。但是即便到了寒冬，也有雪花在那绚丽多姿着，不是吗？
